About FIT Launch

The FIT Launch Studio in Snohomish, WA provides a variety of classes and services to assist you in meeting your Health & Wellness Goals. Our Gatherings and Grader programs are available throughout the U.S. and our exclusive studio schedule provides many small group and personal training opportunities.

Who We Are

We are recognized as a Continuing Fitness Education Specialist, Faculty and Master Practical Trainer for the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

We provide educational workshops for ACE, FIT Launch, Resist-A-Ball® and other local, national, and international organizations & clubs. We acknowledge the need and importance of maintaining your certifications.

We also encourage group instructors, personal trainers, and wellness directors to keep their skills current with trends, to keep abreast of changing national standards, and most importantly, educating & motivating your students & staff on these issues.

Fitness Professional Education

Many of our programs are designed for the fitness professional. Continuing education programs for the individual or facility staff is where we began. And, now we host a 14,000 member fitness industry only community. Within that community our collaborative efforts with Fit Bodies provides you access to their teaching vacation programs.
