Adam Phillips - Health in Minimalism
Adam Phillips talks about Health in Minimalism in The Fitness Blitz Podcast.
Coming from a life that was in a rapid downward spiral, partying with alcohol and eventually adding drugs into the mix and then grinding through my own mental battles which that lifestyle put me in. I managed to come out the other side and made a commitment to share this experience with everyone that can relate to my story. I grew up with a work hard, party hard attitude and that was the lifestyle I lived for many years. I worked away in the mines in Indonesia for many years, 5 – 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off, 12-13 hrs a day, no days off. I’d then come home and destress the only way I knew how hit the Gym and Party hard. This was my lifestyle, that would soon catch up with me. For a period of about 9 months, each time I went back to work, I would get really sick at least once. Little did I know this was a sign of things starting to give. Then it did for the last time.

Sharon Chamberlin - Core Values of Success
Sharon Chamberlin talks about Core Values of Success in The Fitness Blitz Podcast.
I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. After leaving the corporate world where I was a Type A personality – handling anthrax scares, bomb threats, and managing government buildings during 9/11, I decided to channel my energy into helping others by embracing my passion. I know it sounds cliché, but it is true. I opened Catalyst 4 Fitness, a private fitness studio, in 2012 and have grown it into a successful business where I mainly work with “everyday” people who desire to lead healthy lifestyles and improve their overall health. Most initially come to me because to be successful in reaching their goals, they needed guidance, motivation, accountability, and structure while juggling work and family commitments. My driving philosophy that I walk and talk is consistency is key to success, whether in the kitchen or in the gym. Fads aren’t the answer. Only by leading a healthy lifestyle will you get to where you want to be.
Patrick Wilson - Journey to GAINSville
Patrick Wilson talks about Journey to GAINSville in The Fitness Blitz Podcast.
Previously, I worked at a financial planning company working with our clients on their finances. However, during my time working there, fitness was normally my biggest priority. I used to leave the gym in the morning and think how cool it would be to work in fitness. My main objective with any career was/is to help people as much as possible. I could do that with finance, but fitness was my passion. In February of 2018, I started my online fitness coaching business on the side to help people accomplish their fitness goals. After 2.5 months of running the business on the side, I took a “giant” risk by most standards. The income from my fitness business was nearing the amount I needed to cover my monthly expenses. I figured if I’m able to pay my bills, work for myself, and most importantly help people, then I should put my full effort into it. So, I quit my finance job in late April 2018 and haven’t looked back.

Started in the fitness industry in 1998. Opened my first space in 2003 upon a client suggestion. Expanded to space twice the size in 2005 and rebranded as Physique. My personal background started in illustration and music industry. I started DJng when I was 8 or 9 years old and was an illustration major in HS. Challenging bouts with asthma as a child which I think all played into the unique aspect of what I offer people. Within a few years of working with people as a trainer, I recognized the single biggest factor in people seeing goals was in some way, shape or form, stress related. This connected to my own spiritual investigation and while I work mostly as a movement and exercise educator, combining anatomical science with non physical aspects of life is my thing I guess:) My education background is NASM PES, CPT, CHEK HLC, NKT, Guy Voyer SOMA training, Restorative Breathing, Postural Restoration Institute, and endless continuing education over the past 20 years.
