Tyler Gosley - Personal, Professional, Physical
Tyler Gosley talks about Personal, Professional, Physical in The Fitness Blitz Podcast.
Six years ago he was at a crazy weight of 305 pounds. In 2011 he decided to make a change and lead by example. He joined a local boot camp in the northeast kingdom of Vermont and 7 months later he had changed his diet, lost seventy pounds, and was asked to become a fitness instructor for this very same boot camp, thus his new career in fitness had begun.
Brandon LaRue - Adversity Is Preparation for Greatness
Brandon LaRue talks about Adversity Is Preparation for Greatness in The Fitness Blitz Podcast.
Hey everyone! First of all, I’m a committed husband and father of soon-to-be 3 kiddos. I’ve had some great employment experiences in the fitness industry (personal trainer, MiLB strength coach, collegiate strength coach, and high school strength coach), but I’ve found entrepreneurship to be more valuable for the lifestyle I wanted for my family. I now have an at home very profitable nutrition/supplement business as well as a small 1200sq facility on my property where I get to pour into a few handfuls of local athletes and adults. I’m very honored to be on this and share what I’ve found to be a very unique perspective.
